Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what data is collected when you visit hypebot.me (the “Site”), how it is used and how it is protected.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with them, please leave the Site.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Site is owned and operated by the HYPE STIK team (the “Administration”, “we”).

1.2. The Site is informational: it hosts a sticker pack catalog, articles and information about the HYPE STIK Telegram bot. The Site has no registration, no payments and no forms for entering contact details.

1.3. Sticker creation, payments and communication with users take place in the Telegram bot, not on the Site. Data you share in Telegram is processed under the rules of Telegram and the bot.

2. What data we collect

When you visit the Site, technical data is collected automatically:

  • IP address;
  • device type, operating system and browser;
  • addresses of the pages viewed, date and time of the visit;
  • the address of the site you came from and advertising tags (UTM);
  • clicks on buttons and links leading to Telegram;
  • cookie data (see section 5).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment details or any other information that could directly identify you.

3. Why we use the data

  • to keep the Site working correctly and securely and to protect it from abuse and attacks;
  • to keep anonymous visit statistics;
  • to understand which sections and materials are popular and to improve the Site.

We do not sell data or use it to show personalized ads.

4. Storage and transfer of data

4.1. Statistics are stored in aggregated form and are not used to identify visitors.

4.2. Statistics are kept for no more than 400 days and are then deleted automatically.

4.3. We do not share data with third parties, except where required by applicable law and except for web analytics services if they are connected to the Site. Such services process data under their own privacy policies.

4.4. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration and loss.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the Site stores in your browser. They do not contain your name, phone number, email address or any other information that could directly identify you.

We use cookies to count visits and article views and to run the Site’s admin panel.

Connected web analytics services may set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will keep working, but your visits will not be counted in the statistics.
